Information obligation
Due to the fact that, as of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), has been in force,
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of that Regulation, I hereby inform you that:

- The Controller processes the following categories of your personal data: first and last name; street; house number; apartment number; postal code; city; country; contact telephone number; e-mail; company name; tax identification number. This data is obtained from you at the time of placing an order and at a later stage of its performance.
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the agreement concluded with the Controller on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the above Regulation and for the purpose of providing you with other services by the Controller - on the basis of the consent given by you.
- Recipients of your personal data may include entities providing services to the Controller - on the basis of data processing agreements.
- Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only where permitted by applicable law and with appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
- Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the agreement, handle orders and customer service, comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations, and for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.
- You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request rectification, erasure, or restriction of the processing of such data, and the right to data portability.
- For reasons related to your particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. Without giving any reason, you are entitled to object where the data is used for direct marketing purposes.
- At any time, you have the right to withdraw the consent given, although this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the law.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, providing such data is a condition for the Controller to perform services.
- Your personal data may be processed by automated means, but it will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, producing legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting you.
